You can do the tour from 1 to a maximum of 20 people.

What are the opening hours?

Tour de BonTon is open from Wednesday to Sunday 12.30 – 18.30 (start last tour). Our tours start at 12.30, 14.00, 15.30, 17.00 & 18.30H

How do I book a tour?

A tour can be booked via our ticketshop. If you want to visit Tour de BonTon with a group (10+ people) or if you want to book a package, we advise you to contact our sales department via +31 20 2503041 or sales@tourdebonton.com to receive a tailor-made offer. Our sales department is available on working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

What to do if you are late for the tour?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to join the tour if it has already started. In some cases, it is possible to reschedule your tickets if spots are available in a later time slot. Please call +31(0)20 250 3040 to discuss the possibilities.

In which languages is the tour?

The language of the tour is English. The tour will only be given in Dutch if all visitors understand/speak Dutch.

How can I pay?

We accept almost all credit and debit cards through our website. At the door we accept almost all credit cards, debit cards and cash.

Group visit

If you would like to visit Tour de BonTon with a group (10+ persons), we advise you to contact our sales department via +31 20 2503041 or sales@tourdebonton.com to receive a tailor-made offer. Our sales department is available on working days from 9.00 AM to 5.00 PM.

In the case of group bookings of up to 14 people, visitors other than those in the group may also take part in the tour (our maximum capacity is 20 people). If the group size is 15 persons or more, the tour is automatically classified as a private visit and is closed to other visitors.

How can I visit Tour de BonTon with a Go City Pass?

With a GoCity Pass it is not possible to reserve tickets in advance for visiting Tour de BonTon.

We advise you to come to Tour de BonTon on the day of your desired visit. If there is availability you can join the tour immediately. If the desired time slot is full, our staff member at the location will reserve a place for you in the next available time slot.
